Big Girl Bed

We are finally putting Rileigh in a "Big Girl" bed. We bought one of those convertible cribs and I've been putting this off for awhile. Tonight will be her first night in her big girl bed. Wish us luck.

8 Months

Emma turned 8 months old on the 27th! Wow four more months and my baby will be a year old. Where does the time go? She should be crawling any time. She's trying to blow raspberries. She naps in her crib 2-3 hrs at a time (thanks to daycare)! Sleeps 9-10 hours a night. Never cries! We are working on her saying Ma Ma, and clapping her hands. Lately she has been stealing Rileigh's sippie cup. So maybe in the next couple of months we'll transition her to her up cup.

She is still so happy all the time. The last 2 weeks Emma has had a horrible ear infection that has been ongoing for a couple of months now. We go to the ENT Wednesday. I have a feeling with in the next couple of week this little girl will have tubes. Here she is with her sisters cup. Isn't she so kissable?

Wordless Wednesday

1st of many baths together!

Rileigh and Emma had their first of many baths together. They both were so tickled to be in the water together. Nana got Rileigh some body bath paint and she enjoyed painted her sisters belly. Do you like their matching bellies?

She's on the move

The last few days Emma has started to push herself backwards while on her tummy. It's so cute. She puts her tail end straight up in the air and pushes with her feet. This baby is such an angel...couldn't you just eat up those cheeks?

Prettiest Fairy Princess Ever

Miss Rileigh is such a girly girl! She loves dress up, make up,finger nail polish, curling irons, hair dyers, high heels and princesses! Tonight she was calling herself the "mermaid princess".

Snowy Days

While Emma was napping today we took Rileigh out in the snow. She kept saying "i want snow flake mommy". Scott took her for a sled ride which scared her half to death. We are also snow/iced in our neighborhood. My neighbor has been my taxi with his four wheeler to my car at the top of the neighborhood, to and from work today!
