Emma is 15 months old
Today Emma is 15 months old! Still not walking, but talking like crazy. She loves to wear her shoes and hates when you take them off. She tries to keep up with her big sister and follows her everywhere. Emma does have a little attitude when she doesn't get what she wants. Here's Emma is dancing to me singing "this little light of mine" she is holding up her "light".

Update
Emma has been talking up a storm lately. She loves to say "back pack back pack" like Dora. She is pointing at everything, which can get annoying b/c it is usually followed by "egh" "egh" until she gets what she wants. She is still not walking, but letting go a little more. She moved up to the 1 yrs old class at daycare. It broke my heart when the teacher told me she napped on a mat instead of the crib. She's a big girl now.

Rileigh continues to be as girlie as ever! She saw this guitar purse and headband at the store she HAD to have! She asks me daily to paint her fingernails and is constantly asking for chap stick. She is Miss independent these days. She want to dress herself, put her shoes on and has to buckle her own seat belt. Each day is a new day with her, she always keep us laughing.

Not much is new with Scott and I. We just work, and spend a lot of time at the ball field watching Scott playing softball. We enjoy spending our free time as a family playing with our girls. Yes, Scott loves taking pictures....can you tell?

This and That
Nothing too exciting has been going on in the Raftelis household. Since I got on Face book I've been horrible about blogging, so my apologies. Emma is almost 14 months old and still not walking, not even trying. She pulls up on everything, but won't let go and can't stand alone without holding on to something. Rileigh was a late walker so I assume Emma is going to be too. She is getting her two top teeth, and there is nothing more annoying than hearing a baby grind together their newly found teeth...like fingernails on a chalk board. She is saying all sorts of words and tries to repeat a lot of what you tell her.

Rileigh is as crazy as ever! She keeps us on our toes. She is constantly saying and doing funny things. Today she came running out of my bathroom belly laughing at herself..and this is why.

Yes those are Q-tips in her ears, and yes I know how dangerous that is. She is insane! She tells me all the time the sweetest thing like "mommy I wuv you" or "mommy are you my best friend"?

Whats been going on?
We've had quite an eventful last week and a half. We were supposed to go on vacation but opted to stay home and visit with Scott's family from Maine. We've done lots of swimming, went to the Georiga Aquarium, visited Nana and Papa, visited my aunt and uncle and just relaxed. Here are some pictures from the week.
